Live Event: Boundaries for All
April 11, Tuesday | 7:00:00PM-8:30PM | No Fee
Many of us find it difficult to set boundaries–with our coworkers, our loved ones, even strangers. In this presentation we will explore boundaries–what they are and are not, why we need them, and strategies to set them in a way that is kind and compassionate–to you and the other person.
I attended one of your seminars at the Rodger’s Memorial Library in Hudson, NH and really enjoyed it. I found I started to sleep a lot better after practicing how to separate other peoples expectations from my own, and to stop thinking of the worst case scenarios, and replace those thoughts with positive possibilities. Thanks so much for your help…and I’m definitely going to check out the book you recommended!Pat D'Avolio

The skills we will talk about during this presentation will translate into many other situations in your life, from dating to volunteer work to starting your own business. Join me!
